7) Looking back at your preliminary task, what do you feel you have learnt in the progression from it to the full product?
Camera movement
For my preliminary I had to include camera movement such as the 180 degree shot, as my preliminary is as a crime thriller, camera movement was more suitable to the plot as it intensified the theme of interrogation, for example, the end scene in which the male character becomes aggressive, the camera moves from an off the shoulder shot to a clearer view of the male characters actions.
There was not as much camera movement in my main task as the ground of the location I chose for my film was not smooth and so if I was to include shots such as 180 degree angle, the shot would have been coarse. Nonetheless, I included movement such as the point of view shot, to present a more realistic angle and I used tilting to show the mystery character walking down a flight of stairs.
